PURPOSE: A circular polarizer using a liquid crystal polymer and a photosensitive chiral dopant and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to control variously a reflective wavelength band within a short time by using a characteristic of a chiral dopant with a changing helical twisting power according to the wavelength and the strength of absorbing light. CONSTITUTION: A circular polarizer using a liquid crystal polymer and a photosensitive chiral dopant and a method for manufacturing the same comprise a mixture of a liquid crystal polymer and a photosensitive chiral dopant, or a liquid crystal polymer replaced with a photosensitive chiral radical with 100nm or more reflective wavelength band. The circular polarizer further comprises a light absorbing material.
