PURPOSE: A method for cutting off malicious calls is provide to make a telephone office obtains speech contents and a call time for the malicious call and transmits a warning message to a caller of the malicious calls and adds a function for constraining a call-transmission to the same incoming number from the same transmitted number during a specific time, if a subscriber receiving the malicious call requests the cut-off of the malicious call to the telephone office, so that the subscriber can prevent the malicious call. CONSTITUTION: If a subscriber decides a received call as a malicious call and requests cut-off of the malicious call using a prescribed signal, an exchange detects the request. The exchange traces a phone number transmitted from the malicious call. The traced phone number and an incoming number are stored during a first specific time. Calls are constrained to the same incoming number from the same transmitting number during the first specific time. If the request for the malicious call is detected, corresponding talk contents are recorded during a second specific time. A first warning message is transmitted to a caller of the malicious call. Proofs such as the recorded speech contents and a time of the malicious call are stored.
