摘要 PURPOSE: An easier manufacturing method of cubical mesoporous molecular sieve is provided, which improves hydrothermal stability and gives reproducibility and high yield compared with a conventional method. CONSTITUTION: The manufacturing method of cubical mesoporous molecular sieve comprises the steps of: (i) mixing alkyltrimethylammonium halide represented formula (1), R1R2R3R4NX, where R1, R2, R3 are CH3 or CH2CH3, R4 is alkyl having 12-22 of carbon number), and neutral surfactant represented formula (2), R(OCH2CH2)nOH, where R is alkyl having 8-22 of carbon number and n is numerical number or formula (3), RNH2, where R is alkyl having 8-22 of carbon number; (ii) preparing sodium silicate solution; (iii) slowly adding sodium silicate solution to stirred solution (i), with a molar ratio Si/alkyltrimethylammonium halide being 1-3; (iv) the first hydrothermal reacting at 50-120°C for 1-6 days, then cooling to room temperature; (v) adjusting to pH 10-11 with 1-3 M of acid such as acetic acid, HCl and H2SO4; (vi) the second hydrothermal reacting at 50-120°C for 1-10 days; (vii) filtrating, washing, drying and calcining at 500-600°C for 1-10 hrs in an N2, O2 or air atmosphere, in turns.
