PURPOSE: A transfer device of a molded material is provided to enhance the productivity of a product. CONSTITUTION: A holder(13) reaches a position of a die hole(205) of a second die(205). The retreat action of a punch holder is finished. At the same time, a new molded material is supplied in front of the die hole of a first die(204) by a cutting/transferring device. Upon the ascending action of a lift rod(6) and the holder(13), a holding state of a firstly molded material(210) and a newly supplied/molded material(210') is released. The punch holder forwards toward the die holder. First and second punches insert the molded materials(210',210) in the die hole. Further, the punches mold some of a head in the molded material(210') and the entire head in the molded material(210).
