PURPOSE: An economic method for cultivating Agaricus bisporus is provided which uses horse droppings as a raw material and solves environmental problems. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of: adding 0.2-0.4 ton of water to 1 ton of the horse droppings; turning the horse droppings inside out 4-6 times at 2-5 days intervals at 56-64°C; mixing the horse droppings with 5-15 kg of an additive having biolite and amino acid liquid composition in the weight ratio of 3:7-2:8; moving the mixture to a house and leaving the mixture at 60-61°C for 1-3 days and then maturing the mixture at 57-58°C for 1-3 days; eliminating a fermentation heat and setting seed bacteria of the Agaricus bisporus at 28-30°C; spreading yellow soil on the seed bacteria after 14-16 days; supplying 50-150 kg of water one time, and 8-12 kg of water two times at 19-21°C or less after 7-9 days; and maintaining a temperature at 14-17°C for 13-17 days and then harvesting the agaricus bisporus. |
