The invented heat-exchange apparatus has a casing (2) with a permanently fastened tubular coil (9) forming a channel (20) for one heat-exchanging medium, whereby the tubular coil (9) comprises at least one channel (10) for a second heat-exchanging medium and along the axis of the casing (2) being provided with a scraping device there is arranged a central tube (13), whereby the central tube (13) moves axially and rotates together with the scraping device. According to another suitable modification the scraping device comprises a tubular coil (15) of the same kind as the permanently fastened tubular coil (9) and a channel (16) being provided with the tubular coil (15) is connected with the second heat-exchanging medium via the central tube (13) or it may be formed by at least one scraping arm (23) of tubular form with greater length than diameter. The scraping arms (23) are preferably provided with an internal tube (24) forming a channel that is connected with the second heat-exchanging medium, at least one scraping arm (23) is arranged symmetrically along the central tube (13) in each turn of the tubular coil (9). At least one surface of the scraping device formed by the tubular coil (15) or the scraping arms (23) and/or one or more surfaces of the permanently fastened tubular coil (9) are preferably provided with brushes, blades, scraping points or cutting points being attached to the surface or it may be provided with a rough, grain, grooves or ridge surface.
