PURPOSE: Soup base for ramen noodles that serves broth with a taste of roasted sand lance by cooking in boiling water with ramen noodles is provided. CONSTITUTION: Preparation method of soup base for ramen noodles has the following steps: (i) cutting cleaned sand lance, roasting and pulverizing; (ii) cooking beef, cutting into slices and grinding the meat after drying; (iii) boiling mushroom and getting powdered mushroom; and (iv) pulverizing dried carrot, dropwort and boiled egg. The soup base composition includes 50-70% of the powdered fish, 10-20% of the grounded beef, 5-8% of the powdered mushroom and 10-15% of the pulverized carrot, dropwort and boiled egg with a seasoning including red pepper, ginger, green onion, garlic, ground pepper and salt.
