PURPOSE: A shoe mat is provided to reduce fatigue, to enhance a wearing comfortableness by absorbing outer impact and to prevent foot diseases by deodorizing and sterilizing a shoe and adjusting humidity. CONSTITUTION: A shoe mat(1) reduces fatigue by stimulating important acupressure points on feet with a mixture and a liquid material filled in a hollow portion. The shoe mat buffers impact to decrease impact delivered to a brain, a joint and a spinal column. Furthermore, the mixture moves in the mat for conducting a massage and a yellow soil radiates far-infrared rays to conduct a deodorizing function and a sterilizing function and to adjust humidity. Due to ventilating holes(4) in the mat, sweat is vented through the lower portion of the mat. Therefore, the shoe mat is good for health and enhances a wearing comfortableness.
