PURPOSE: A semiconductor integrated circuit is provided to suppress the generation of a constant current when a supply power source potential or temperature is varied in a static state. CONSTITUTION: A semiconductor integrated circuit includes: a voltage generation part(100) generating a voltage corresponding to a supply power source potential through a node n2; a threshold voltage varying circuit part(500) which outputs a binary logic signal in response to an output signal, that is, a voltage level of the node n2 of the voltage generation unit and whose logic threshold voltage level is varied by being fed back with an output signal of its own output node n3; an inverter(300) inverting the output of the threshold voltage varying circuit part(500); and an inverter(400) inverting the output of the above inverter(300). According to the semiconductor integrated circuit, a low power semiconductor integrated circuit can be realized by suppressing a constant current generated according to the variation of the supply power source potential and the temperature.
