PURPOSE: A portable terminal is provided to be connected with an indoor traffic interface, so as to electrify a battery of the portable terminal and to perform voice communication and data communication. CONSTITUTION: A subscriber line interface(10) transceives voice signals of a wired telephone with a portable terminal(2). A data communication interface(11) transceives data with the portable terminal. A user's voice signal is transmitted to a base station from the portable terminal, to supply voice communication services. If a user inputs data through a computer, the data is processed in the data communication interface, and transmitted to the portable terminal. The data is transmitted to a data communication service provider through the base station. If voice communication and data communication are not performed, a battery of the portable terminal is electrified by a charging module(12).
