TWO-WAY PIPE PROPELLER BY USING SLIDING RAIL

PURPOSE: A two-way pipe propeller is provided to improve a tunnel work speed and to reduce the processes of installing and removing a repulsive wall. CONSTITUTION: Hydraulic jackets of both sides(20) are operated while excavating the ground with a propeller. A roller slides and moves along a sliding rail(11) of a base plate(10). A propulsive stand(21) forwards and pushes a propulsive pipe by a propulsive force of a jacket(20). Herein, even if the repulsive force by a propulsive resistance is reacted to the jacket, the upward displacement of the jacket is restricted by a roller(23) inserted in the sliding rail. Thus, the jacket is not displaced from a reactive line. Further, a tunnel excavation work is performed by repeatedly installing the propulsive pipe.
