PURPOSE: An interior material molding method is provided to prevent the mixing of colors to a boundary face between two-tone colors, to block the leakage of a foaming solution through the boundary face and to simplify a production process of the interior material. CONSTITUTION: Powder slush material for molding an upper member is inputted on the surface of a heated electro forming mold. An upper member having an upper curved portion is molded. The powder slush material for molding the upper member and a lower member having a different color is inputted on the surface of a lower member molding portion of the electro forming mold. The lower member having a lower curved portion is molded. A cover material that the lower curved portion is inserted in the upper curved portion is combined with a substrate in a foaming metal. Then, polyurethane foams are injected to a space between the cover material and substrate.
