PURPOSE: An index pocket is provided to obtain a simple manufacturing process while allowing a user to easily recognize an index device in the first side pocket as well as the second side pocket. CONSTITUTION: A pocket film(10A) and a tape film(100A) having an ink layer(101) are wound in a roll shape. The pocket film(10A) and the tape film(100A) are passed between rollers(80A,80B) with a portion of the tape film(100A) being superposed on a portion of the pocket film(10A). Heating is performed while the tape film(100A) and the pocket film(10A) pass between the rollers(80A,80B) as superposed. A welding line(90) is formed on the superposed portion between the pocket film(10A) and the tape film(100A), and the tape film(100A) is attached to the upper or lower surface of the pocket film(10A). The pocket film(10A) attached with the tape film(100A) is cut into a predetermined length, and cut portions are welded to provide separate pockets(10).
