PURPOSE: A piezoelectric magnetic composite and a method of preparing the same are provided to be capable of improving various piezoelectric characteristics such as an electromechanical coupling coefficient, a piezoelectric charge coefficient and a specific dielectric rate by preventing the damage due to MnO2 added for improving the mechanical quality coefficient of PbZrO3-PbTiO3 composite. CONSTITUTION: The piezoelectric magnetic composite consists of Nb2O5 of 1-2 wt%, NiO of 0-0.3 wt% and Mn3O4 of 0.01-0.6 wt% based of the weight of PbaAb(ZrcTi1-c)O3. Here, 1<a<1.11, 0<b<0.05 and 0.50<c<0.56, and An is one spice selected among CaCO3, SrCO3, BaCO3 and combination of respective compounds. First the piezoelectric magnetic composite is wet-mixed and ball-milled to be dried, and then is heated under the temperature of 800-0900 deg.C. Then, the composite is sintered under the temperature of 900-01250 deg.C.
