VIDEO MICROSCOPE

PURPOSE: A video microscope is provided to be capable of accurately searching the surface status and optical property of a sample by using a light guide part having a reflection function and a transmission function. CONSTITUTION: A CCD pickup device(22) is mounted on an arm(14) of a stand(16) erected on one side of a base(12) through a level adjuster(18) and a focus adjuster(20). A light guide part(26) for reflection type irradiation is coupled to one side of a lens part(24) coupled under the CCD pickup device(22). A stage part(28) for seating a sample is disposed under the lens part(24) of the base(12). The CCD pickup device(22) can be vertically slid along the arm(14) to be coupled to one side of a second slider(32) of the focus adjuster(20), which is coupled to be vertically slid to a first slider(30). The level of the first slider(30) can be adjusted by controlling a locking nut(31).
