PURPOSE: A method is provided to remove pollutants and optional remaining ozone using an ultraviolet during an ozone generating process. CONSTITUTION: Using an ultraviolet ray and other radical activated sorts, ozone and pollutants such as VOC(volatile organic compound), a sulfate and nitric oxide are removed. Optional remaining ozone is dissolved by about 254nm of the ultraviolet light. During the dissolution, the radical activated sort is generated and used for removing the remaining ozone. Thereby, air pollution is prevented economically as well as efficiently.
