PURPOSE: Provided is a flocculation tank equipped with a mixer for coagulation basin to maximize coagulation efficiency. As a mixing wing is moved horizontally, repair is simple. CONSTITUTION: When, a cylinder-type cam(6) is revolved, a driving lever(14) is moved right and left with uniform rate. So, a grid-type mixing wing plate is moved right and left with uniform rate by a driving arm(17)(18). As a primary driving axis(1) and a mixing wing plate sustaining axis are connected horizontally, a space of mixing wing plates(20) is maintained horizontal and is moved right and left. Therefore, a mixing wing plate(5) and a mixing wing are moved right and left with uniform rate.
