HAT WITH FUNCTION OF UMBRELLA

PURPOSE: A hat with the function of an umbrella is provided, which is less expensive with simple structure and manufacturing process, is reduced in volume by twisting an elastic member to form a small circular ring in folding, is unfolded by the elastic power of an elastic member in unfolding, and enables the use of both hands freely in wearing the hat. CONSTITUTION: The hat with the function of an umbrella comprises a cap part(10) being put on the head, wherein the quality of cap part(10) is waterproof, transparent and flexible; a shade part(20) being unfolded more widely than the shoulder with forming the shape of a trumpet around the cap; a band part to tighten the head inside the cap part(10) with a proper pressure; a ring-type elastic member(22) being inserted inside the space formed by folding with rolling a circumference of the end part of the shade part(20); and a supporting belt(24) capable of controlling its length connected on all sides of the elastic member.
