METHOD FOR DIAGNOSING RENAL CELL CARCINOMA BY USING MANNAN-BINDING LECTIN ASSOCIATED SERINE PROTEASE-2 OF URINE

PURPOSE: A method for diagnosing renal cell carcinoma by using MASP-2(Mannan-binding lectin Associated Serine protease-2) of urine is provided to easily diagnose renal cell carcinoma. CONSTITUTION: A method for diagnosing renal cell carcinoma by using MASP-2 of urine includes the steps of obtaining urine from renal cell carcinoma patients and normal adults, partially refining the urine with Diethylaminoethyl-cellulose anion exchange chromatography for obtaining p20 protein compound, performing 15% SDS-PAGE(Sodium Dodecyl Sulfate-PolyacrylAmide Gel Electrophoresis) with the compound 100 micro meter and dyeing the compound with Coomassie blue, and comparing the obtained p20 of the renal cell carcinoma patients with the normal value of the normal adults.
