METHOD FOR MATCHING PCM LINK BETWEEN RASM(REMOTE ACCESS SWITCHING MODULE) AND HOST SWITCH STATION

PURPOSE: A method for matching a PCM(Pulse Coded Modulation) link between a RASM(remote access switching module) and a host switch station is provided to minimize a hardware by converting a transmission speed of a PCM data into a transmission speed of the RASM without a specific hardware device. CONSTITUTION: If a random subscriber performs a speech request(311), an S-switch connection request message for an S-switch connection is transmitted to an SSW(Space Switch Block)(313). A host switch station performs an S-switch allocation and connection, transmits an S-switch allocation and connection message to a transmitting subscriber, and transmits an S-switch connection report message to a RASM in which a receiving subscriber is joined. The S-switch connection report message has a transmitting channel value(cg_ch) of a transmitting subscriber and a receiving channel value(cd_ch) of a receiving subscriber(317).
