摘要 PURPOSE: A method for preparing carbon material is provided for using it as negative electrode of the lithium secondary ion battery by using micro-capsulation manner to form standard graphite particles preferably utilized in the production of the negative electrode of the lithium battery having dual structure of different carbon materials. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing carbon material used as the negative electrode of the lithium secondary ion battery comprises the first step of blending optical isotropic or anisotropic carbon pitch comprising 7-10 vol.% secondary quinoline insoluble component and having 130-300 deg.C. in the solvent containing N atom to form uniform solution; the second step of introducing graphite particles as the seed material into the solution and dispersing the solution; strongly agitating the resultant solution with the addition of organic or inorganic acid to coat the carbon pitch onto surface of the graphite particles; and the fourth step of filtering the coated graphite particles and drying it under elevated or reduced pressure, and finally heat-treating it under inert or reduction atmosphere.
