METHOD FOR PREPARING SEPARATION MEMBRANE OF HIGH DENSITY POLYETHYLENE HOLLOW YARN BY CYCLED ORIENTATION AND APPARATUS THEREOF

PURPOSE: Provided are a method for preparing a separation membrane of high density polyethylene hollow yarn by cycled orientation and an apparatus thereof which can control the size and distribution of mciropores in the separation membrane and which can precisely control the fractional capability of the separation membrane to facilitate the control of water permeability and selective permeability. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a separation membrane of high density polyethylene hollow yarn by cycled orientation comprises the steps: a) mixing a predetermined amount(wt%) of high density polyethylene and a predetermined amount(wt%) of diluent and melt spinning them to obtain a hollow yarn membrane which is phase-separated and non-oriented(S1); b) detecting the tension data of the non-oriented yarn which is repeatedly oriented in a cycle with unravelling and winding by rotation of multiple bovines(S2); c) decreasing the speed of one bovine from the multiple bovines when the tension data obtained from the step S2 is larger than a predetermined and fixed data(S3); and d) increasing the speed of one bovine from the multiple bovines when the tension data obtained from the step S2 is smaller than the predetermined and fixed data(S4).
