PURPOSE: A tape carrier package, a liquid crystal display panel assembly comprising the same, a liquid crystal display with the same, and a method for assembling the same are provided to reduce a size of a printed circuit board by processing a gate drive signal and a data drive signal on one integrated printed circuit board. CONSTITUTION: A tape carrier package, a liquid crystal display panel assembly comprising the same, a liquid crystal display with the same, and a method for assembling the same comprise a base substrate, a gate drive IC(212), an input pattern(213), a first output pattern(214), and a second output pattern(215). The gate drive IC is formed on the base substrate. The input pattern is formed on the base substrate. The input pattern applies a gate drive signal processed in an outside to the gate drive IC. The first output pattern is formed on the base substrate and it outputs the gate drive signal processed by the gate drive IC. The second output pattern is formed on the base substrate and it outputs the gate drive signal not processed by the gate drive IC.
