OPTICAL REPEATING SYSTEM TO TRANSMIT MULTI-CHANNELS IN IDENTICAL BAND

PURPOSE: An optical repeating system to transmit multi-channels in an identical band is provided to optically convert different frequency channels in an identical band and to transmit them through an optical cable to a long distance. CONSTITUTION: An optical signal inputted to a service repeater(500) through an optical cable(400) removes its mutual interference in a second diplexer(501) and is inputted to a first photoelectric converter(502-1). The inputted optical signal is converted into a high frequency electric signal, then distributed to a second filter(504-1) and a third filter(504-2) in a first distributor(503). The electrically converted signal inputted to the second filter(504-1) detects a frequency signal of a first transmitter and is amplified by a high frequency amplifier(507-1) and a high power amplifier(508-1). The amplified signal removes its mutual interference through a first diplexer(509-1) and is outputted to an antenna(510-1). The other signal outputted from the first distributor(503) detects a frequency converted in a first frequency converter through the third filter(504-2). The signal converts the detected frequency into the original frequency of a second transmitter through a second frequency converter(505).
