发明名称 CU-NI-MN-SN ALLOY FOR WIRE AND PLATE OF HIGH INTENSITY AND PRODUCING METHOD THEREOF
摘要 PURPOSE: A high intensity alloy and a producing method thereof are provided to produce Cu-Ni-Mn-Sn alloy for wire and plate of high intensity by employing cool processing after hot processing to produce a slab ingot of large bar, by using a cool processing for all plastic processing or by using a continuous casting for producing a thin plate or a small bar ingot. CONSTITUTION: Cu-Ni-Mn-Sn alloy is produced by the following steps. An ingot is processed into a bar or a plate by cool rolling and heated at temperatures of 800-900°C for 0.5-1.0 hour. The ingot is cooled by water, recrystallized and solidified. Pickling is performed to clean the surface of the material. The bar or the plate of intermediate state is cool-plasticized, maintained at temperatures of 300-550°C for 1-20 hours and cooled by air for obtaining final intensity. Finally, correction is processed to elevate the marketability of Cu-Ni-Mn-Sn alloy.
