METHOD FOR MOLDING PRESSURE PACKING USED IN COVER OF ELECTRIC PRESSURE RICE COOKER AND ELECTRIC RICE COOKER AND PACKING PRODUCED THEREBY

PURPOSE: A method for molding a pressure packing used in the cover of electric pressure rice cooker and electric rice cooker which can prevent the outer surface of the pressure packing from sticking to the cooker and to the inner surface of the cover of cooker or sticking by itself is provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for molding a pressure packing used in the cover of electric pressure rice cooker and electric rice cooker comprises the steps: a) sand blasting the inner surface of a mold; b) positioning a raw material of circular pressure packing on the part having the shape of the pressure packing; c) molding the material in the mold at 150 to 180°C for 5 minutes; and d) vulcanizing the pressure packing molded in the mold at 200°C for 3 to 4 hours to vulcanize the pressure packing.
