PURPOSE: A print data management method is provided to store a file name and a process path of the latest print data in order to reduce a search time for a directory storing a print data when reprinting a print data transmitted to a printer. CONSTITUTION: A print data management method comprises the steps of checking if a user selects a print instruction for a preparing document in an application program(S201), a print manager displaying a print process window on a monitor(S202), a CPU checking if the user selects a function from the print process window(S203), the CPU displaying a file name and a process path of the latest print data if the selected function is the latest print data process directory(S204), the CPU checking if the user selects a file among the latest print process directory(S205), displaying the file by searching the file via the process path(S206), transmitting the selected file to the printer(S207), storing the transmitted file and the process path at the latest print process directory(S208).
