PURPOSE: An air injection type waist pressing abdominal binder which induces stretching of the lumbar vertebrae and the cervical vertebrae of patients to obtain the optimal increase of spacing of the lumbar vertebrae and the cervical vertebrae is provided. CONSTITUTION: An air injection type waist pressing abdominal binder comprises an air expansion tube(2) to which a connection tube is attached on the same line at a constant distance wherein the tubes are positioned in the shape of zig-zag so that each of the air expansion tubes can be contained in a folded cover(6), the folded cover(6) in which the air expansion tube(2) is contained is sewn with the same wrinkle width as that of the inner cover(9), the inner cover(9) has an elastic band at the top of the backside of the inner cover(9), and an outer cover(4,4a) having the same wrinkle width as that of the inner cover(9) is attached in front and rear of the folded inner cover(9).
