The invention relates to a wind-power plant for the generation of kinetic or electrical energy, with a wing 1 of lightweight construction, which executes upward and downward movements and which is optimised for low wind velocities and which is connected via a connecting-rod tube 3 and a flywheel to a generator, an irrigation pump or another user, there being provided a mechanism for the automatic upward and downward movement of the wing 1 on guides, a rotatable frame 2 for the rotation of the wing 1 about a vertical axis and lateral fins 15 for the rotation of the wing into the wind. In the wind-power plant, the wing 1 is guided on each side in at least two guides, in particular sliding rails 6, and the mechanism contains control rods 8 which move an elevator 10 on the wing 1 up and down via an elevator horn 9. <IMAGE> |
