In the present invention there is disclosed a continuous preparation process of beer, which process is characterized in that crushed raw materials containing starch and/or malt starting materials are mashed with water, whereby the mash is first heated in a reactor system to a temperature ranging from 75 to 85 degC. Then brewer's grains are separated from the mash, whereupon hop is added to the mash and the mash is heated to a temperature ranging from 105 to 140 degC and under pressure of 1.2 to 3.6.10e5 Pa, whereupon evaporation under release of pressure, separation of cloudy substances and the mash cooling take place. Subsequently the mash is subjected to fermentation at a temperature ranging from 6 to 25 degC, under pressure of 1.5 to 2.10e5 Pa and in the presence of a biocatalyst. During fermentation a liquid medium is continuously withdrawn from a fermenter, it is centrifuged, heated up to temperature ranging 50 to 90 degC and divided in two partial flows, wherefrom the first flow is cooled down and returned back to the fermenter and the other flow is subjected to either partial or complete removal of alcohol.
