In the present invention there is disclosed a milk with dry matter content above 60 percent by weight and viscosity up to 15 Pa.s contains anion selected from SOi4e2- and Cle- and a polyanion being represented by a polymer or a copolymer containing monomeric anion units being selected from a group of a monomer group comprising acrylic acid and salts thereof, methacrylic acid and salts thereof, vinylbenzyl sulfonic acid and salts thereof, akrylamino-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid and salts thereof and 2-sulfoethyl-methacrylate and salts thereof. Such milk solid phase obtained by separation of the phases is formed by micro-flakes of calcium and/or magnesium hydroxide with thickness up to 0.5 micrometers, whereby the micro-flake bottom and upper surfaces are parallel to each other and said surfaces area is up to 200 square micrometers. In the present invention there is also claimed a process for preparing the milk, whereby the preparation process is characterized by slaking calcium and/or magnesium oxide in an aqueous solution containing Cle- or SOi4e2- anion, whereby prior slaking, during slaking or after slaking the above specified polyanion is added in said aqueous solution.
