ANTI SENSE OLIGODEOXYNUCLEOTIDE, ANTI SENSE DNA HAVING IMPROVED REACTION SPECIFICITY AND STABILITY AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: An antisense oligodeoxynucleotide(AS-oligo), antisense DNA having improved reaction specificity to target gene and stability against nuclease are provided. Also, a preparation method thereof and plasmid vector containing the same are provided. CONSTITUTION: AS-oligo and antisense DNA having improved stability against nuclease and reaction specificity to target gene are prepared by using a primer or covalently closing antisense molecules. They are characterized by comprising at least one nucleotide sequence selected from the nucleotide sequences of target gene especially not forming secondary structure. The expression of carcinogenic gene like c-myb is inhibited effectively by transferring a cationic liposome of AS-oligo and anti sense DNA into the cell.
