PURPOSE: A fabrication method of nodular graphite cast products without internal contraction defect is provided to give the optimum casting condition in advance by using a computer program. CONSTITUTION: The method comprises the steps of (i) preparing a cast plan by using computer; (ii) analyzing fluidity of a casting molten metal; (iii) virtual analyzing solidification of casting molten metal in advance; (iv) forming a mold to be endured pouring pressure of the molten metal; (v) treating Mg(about 90% of Mg and 2 or 4-element alloy such as Al, Zn and Mn), responding to recovering rates of the first, the second the third class; (vi) subsequent casting treatment by adding Ca-Si as a casting agent to be 0-40%, 40-70% and 70-100% of casting rates; (vii) fixing a pouring temperature; (viii) pouring the molten metal to the mold.
