PURPOSE: A subscriber matching apparatus in a full electronic switch to which a subscriber line system is connected is provided to prevent a loss of a resource of a time switch by installing the subscriber line system between a subscriber device and the time switch to efficiently use a switch volume designated in the full electronic switch. CONSTITUTION: A subscriber device(10) is connected to a subscriber line system(30) with an 1:1 collecting line rate through a sub-highway having 0-15th ranges, and receives a plurality of subscribers of a specific range. A time switch(20) is connected to the subscriber line system(30) with the 1:1 collecting line rate through a sub-highway having 16th-31th ranges, and performs a call process switch operation for connecting subscribers. The subscriber line system(30) is connected to the sub-highway having 0-15th ranges. The time switch(20) is connected to the sub-highway having 16th-31th ranges, and receives a plurality of voice data transmitted from the subscriber device(10) to temporarily store received voice data and outputs voice data to a desired time slot through the sub-highway having 16th-31th ranges.
