PURPOSE: An offset voltage compensating circuit of a differential sense amplifier is provided which improves the speed of the sense amplifier, by compensating the offset by operating an offset compensation bypass circuit installed in a current path of the sense amplifier where the offset is occurred after detecting offset voltage with a signal being output from the sense amplifier. CONSTITUTION: An offset voltage compensating circuit of a differential sense amplifier(100) can realize a memory circuit of high performance and high speed, by preventing the reduction of the operation speed of the sense amplifier according to the offset. The offset voltage compensating circuit comprises: a cell array(10) where data is stored; a precharge circuit part(50) precharging an input terminal of the sense amplifier according to a sense enable signal; a sensing part(110) of the sense amplifier sensing specific data information of the cell array; an amplification part(130) amplifying the signal sensed in the sensing part(110); an offset detection part(200) which detects the offset state of the sense amplifier by receiving an output signal of the sense amplifier according to an offset detection enable signal, and generates an offset control signal according to the detected signal; and a bypass offset compensation part(150) which is operated by a signal being output from the offset detection part and compensates the offset by controlling the amount of current flowing through the sensing part(110) of the sense amplifier.
