ORGANIC LUMINESCENT ELEMENT AND PROCESS FOR PREPARATION THEREOF

PURPOSE: A process for preparing an organic luminescent element by forming a mixture layer comprising a mixture of polymeric electrode material and hole transport material on a cathode is provided which improves efficiency and lengthens life. CONSTITUTION: The organic luminescent element comprises a glass substrate(31), an indium-tin-oxide(33) formed on the glass substrate(31), a PANI:PVK mixed electrode(38) formed on the indium-tin-oxide, a hole transport layer(40) formed on the mixed electrode, a luminescent layer(35) formed on the hole transport layer and comprising an organic material for emitting light by impressing voltage, an LiF layer(41) formed on the luminescent layer for making it easy to introduce electrons into the luminescent layer and an anode(37) formed on the LiF layer for impressing voltage on the luminescent layer.
