The invented reamer is provided with both a cutting tip (7) having two cutting parts (37, 39) that are separated from each other by a step (31), whereby the step (31) between the first cutting part (37) and the second cutting part (39) is provided with a beveled surface (51) inclined in the direction of feed, and a guide device. The cutting tip (7) is provided on its front side (43) with a clamping groove having two clamping surfaces (45, 47) inclined to each other under an obtuse angle, whereby the guide device consists of two guide gibs (13, 15) being arranged in the reamer (1) longitudinal direction. |
