PURPOSE: Synthetic leather and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have excellent flexibility, tight structure and surface grade without any property deterioration of abrasion strength. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of synthetic leather is manufactured by pre-treating nonwoven fabrics composed of complex cloths with water-soluble polymers, by impregnating a polyurethane elastic body, and by extracting extracts from the complex cloths. Using amount of aqueous polyurethane is 5-20 weight to 100 weight of aqueous polymers. The synthetic leather contains an ultra fine fabric bundle, aqueous urethane and the polyurethane elastic body. The aqueous polyurethane is existed as a fixed state with the surface of the ultra fine fabric bundle and a contacting part. The polyurethane elastic body is charged as a keeping state of a void with the ultra fine fabric bundle. The synthetic leather has the abrasion strength more than 2,500 times and peeling capacity more than 3,500 times.
