PURPOSE: Provided, is a water treatment method using multistage filtration and electric charge for drinking water/industrial water supply. The method is characterized in that scale is prevented in a pipe, so, operation time of a system is enlarged. CONSTITUTION: Multistage filtration comprises the following four layers: A far-infrared rays layer(11), made by plasticity of alkali feldspar and quartz, removes contaminant by adsorption. Also, the far-infrared rays layer(11) removes bacteria and coliform; a ceramic layer(12), contains silica, removes nitrogen, ammonia, and colorant; an activated carbon layer(13), made from anthracite, removes odor, and improves turbidity; a separation layer(14) breaks water into molecules. So, dissolved oxygen is removed. In an electromotive force device, when current is flowed from an anode to a cathode through water, change of corrosion potential is occurred. Thereby, scale is neutralized electrically by static electricity, so, ion being scale component is diffused.
