PURPOSE: An apparatus for measuring length change amount and an angle of inclination of public works structure, and an apparatus for automatically measuring transformation of the public works structure using the same and a method therefor are provided to automatically and manlessly measure the length, inclination, and temperature and so on. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for automatically measuring transformation of public works structure includes a length transformation measuring instrument for measuring the transformation to each unit length, an inclination displacement measuring instrument for measuring the change in the inclination of the unit length, a temperature sensor(42) for measuring the circumferential temperature of the structure, an encoder controller(43) outputting digital coefficient data by counting pulse signal output from encoders(40,41) of the length transformation measuring instrument and the inclination displacement measuring instrument, a control unit(44) converting the length and the inclination coefficient data into the actual length and the inclination transformation values, a plurality of structure transformation amount measuring instruments formed with a serial transmitting-receiving driver for transmitting and receiving the length and the inclination transformation values and temperature data to a main computer, and a signal processing unit obtaining the transformation value to the unit parts of the structure according to the length, inclination, and temperature data and obtaining the transformed shape of the structure using the same.
