PURPOSE: A mainframe of a clutch master cylinder sealing device stands the pressure by the improvement of the structure of the linear, sufficiently, even the internal pressure of the mainframe(1) is over a command setting value. CONSTITUTION: In a mainframe(1), an air hole(4) fluidly connected with a reserve tank is made on a closed surface(14). The closed surface(14) is made on a liner inserted during the injection molding, and expanded to the connecting surface of a valve plate(6). Therefore, the liner assumes the form of a cup. The air hole(4) is made on the closed surface(14). A flange is formed at the inlet side. The liner is molded by deep drawing. At least one groove are formed on the outer periphery surface of the liner. Consequently, by the improvement of the structure of the linear, the mainframe(1) stands the pressure, sufficiently, even the internal pressure of the mainframe(1) is over a command setting value.
