摘要 PURPOSE: A method is provided to produce a sintering alloy composition for an exhaust valve seat enhancing productivity by reducing the number of processes and by having an excellent abrasion resistance with carbon-chrome-cobalt-tungsten-silicon-iron hard alloy powder and tungsten carbide powder. CONSTITUTION: To produce an abrasion resistant sintered alloy for an exhaust valve seat, first 79 to 84wt% of iron-nickel-molybdenum alloy powder, 10 to 23wt% of carbon-chrome-cobalt-silicon-iron atomized alloy powder, 4 to 5wt% of cobalt powder, 0.1 to 0.5wt% of ferrovanadium powder, 1 to 3wt% of tungsten carbide powder and 0.8 to 1.0wt% of graphite powder is mixed and pressurized by 5 to 8 ton/cm¬2. Then, the mixture is sintered for 20 to 60minutes in 1130 to 1170°C and cooled by air. Finally, the mixture is tempered for 60 to 120minutes in 630 to 670°C to be the abrasion resistant sintering alloy.
