PURPOSE: A tea containing medicinal mushroom such as Lentinus edodes, polyporusumbellatus, agaricus, cordyceps sp., Ganoderma Iucidum, and Phelinus Linteus is provided, which is able to improve immune system. CONSTITUTION: The preparation method comprises the steps of removing foreign materials from Lentinus edodes, polyporusumbellatus, agaricus, cordyceps sp., Ganoderma Iucidum and Phelinus Linteus, followed by washing and drying them; heating them in an extractor for 3 hours after gauging them accurately; mixing the extracts with chitosan oligosaccharide in a shaker; packaging it after sterilization. The obtained tea composition comprises 2.5 wt.% of Lentinus edodes, 2.5wt.% of polyporusumbellatus, 1.25 wt.% of agaricus, 2.5 wt.% of Ganoderma Iucidum, 1.0 wt.% of cordyceps sp., 1.25 wt.% of Phelinus Linteus, 0.01 wt.% of chitosan oligosaccharide, and 88.99 wt.% of distilled water. |
