PURPOSE: A fixing device of dual-door type prevents an unwanted shut of a dual-door when opening the dual-door and removes the generation of a noise due to a fluctuation on running of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A fixing device of dual-door type comprises a male type damper(30) and a fixing device(26). The male type damper(30) has a magnetic substance built therein. The fixing device(26) has a female type damper(40) being magnetized by a magnetic substance. The male type damper(30) and the fixing device(26) are fixed to a dual-dooR(10) and the side portion of a body(14) of a vehicle, respectively. Therefore, when opening a door, the dual-door (10) is tightly fixed on the side portion of the body(14) of the vehicle through the male type damper(30) and the fixing device(26).
