Blade parts (3, 4, 10, 11) arranged inside of a through-flow tube (2, 9, 17, 24) of a mixing element (1, 8, 16, 23), which is intended for stationary fluid mixtures (30, 31, 42) for mixing one or more kinds of liquids, gases and pulverized or granular substances are formed by groups of perforated and porous parts, whereby they are deflected in spiral manner in clockwise or counter-clockwise rotation.
