PURPOSE: A tray loading device of a sorting portion for burn-in tester sorting handler is provided to sort continuously a bad device without exchanging a tray from a sorting portion. CONSTITUTION: A tray loading device of a sorting portion for burn-in tester sorting handler comprises a base(17), a loading plate(22), a guider(23), an elevating block, a vertical member, a guide member(20), an elevator portion, and a sensor portion. The bas is installed at a sorting portion. The loading plate is installed at the base to load a tray. The guider is installed at the base to determine a location of the tray. The elevating block is fixed at one side of the loading plate. The vertical member is fixed at the base. The guide member guides the elevating movement of the loading plate. The elevator portion elevates the loading plate. The sensor portion detects the tray and controls the elevator portion. |
