PURPOSE: A safety device of a battery is provided to protect safely a battery by controlling the current according to the temperature of the battery. CONSTITUTION: A safety device of a battery comprises a support body, a terminal member, a first metal member(38), and a second metal member(39). The support body is connected with a case of a battery. The terminal member comprises an exhaust hole combined with the support body. The first metal member is combined with a lower portion of the exhaust hole in order to seal the exhaust hole. The second metal member is installed at a lower portion of the first metal member. The second metal member comprises a grounding portion grounded with the first metal member.
