PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing a pantograph of a battery are provided to simplify a manufacturing process by preventing a burr generated in a stamping process. CONSTITUTION: A method and an apparatus for manufacturing a pantograph of a battery comprise; forming a film on a surface of a pantograph; performing a stamping process for the pantograph and removing the film formed on the pantograph. The process of forming the film comprises the steps of coating film solution and drying rapidly the film solution. The process of forming the film comprises the step of adhering a tape type film on the surface of the pantograph under a predetermined pressure.
