PURPOSE: A two-stage transformation fuel injecting valve is provided to simplify structure of a lift piece and a spacer, and to open fuel in two-stage. CONSTITUTION: A fuel injecting valve is formed by a nozzle holder body(1), a spacer(2), and a nozzle. Herein, the nozzle contains a nozzle body(4) and a needle body(5). The fuel injecting valve is transformed in two-stage b a first spring(6) and a second spring. A front end portion(5a) of the needle valve is formed in a flat shape for contacting with a push rod(9) protruded from a lower surface of the lift piece. A step is formed between the lift piece and the spacer to form a gap for a distance for an intermediate valve lift(ML). A sill end(10) is formed on an upper surface of the lift piece. Thus, the sill end uses a space formed by opposite support of the spacer as an intermediate valve lift space.
