PURPOSE: Provided is a system for composting livestock excretions. The system is characterized in that excretions is stored tightly, and biodegraded perfectly in a short time. Thereby, livestock excretions are reduced. CONSTITUTION: Livestock excretions are collected in a storage tank(2), and provided to a reduction tank(6) by a pump(4). Exterior air is aerated into the reduction tank(6) through an inspiration pipe(10) by a pump(8), installed at the lower part of the reduction tank(6). So, livestock excretions is aerated, and at the same time is mixed by air. Temperature of the reduction tank(6) is maintained at 50-55°C for metabolism of aerobic thermophilic bacteria.
